It’s spring time and along with beautiful flowers also comes many seasonal allergies. This time around in 2020 we also have the coronavirus, a respiratory disease that has brought our entire world to a stop, making social distancing a new way of interacting with people.

More than ever there has been a need to keep ourselves healthy and ready to fight off any seasonal threat and as for me and my family, we believe in Jesus and essential oils.

Essential oils are a great way to help keep the immune system’s defense high and have scientifically be proven to aid in combating many viruses and bacterias.

In this article, I am sharing three easy and simple DIY rollerball blends you can make for the seasonal threats that comes about during spring time.

DIY Wellness Essential Oil Rollerballs

For each recipe, you will use a 10ml rollerball bottle, add the essential oils then fill it up with coconut oil (PUC — pure, unrefined and cold pressed).

Breath Well

Help maintain respiratory air ways clear as well as minimize the effects caused by seasonal allergies and threats.

2 drops of Eucalyptus

2 drops of Lemon

2 drops of Peppermint

Apply along throat from behind ear to the collar bone 3 to 5 times daily.

Seasonal Blend

Helps to protects against seasonal and environmental elements.

2 drop of Lemon

2 drops of Lavender

2 drops of Peppermint

Apply under nose or along throat 3 to 5 times daily.

Immune Defense

Helps to promote a healthy immune system and supports the body’s natural antioxidant defenses.

3 drops of Lemon

1 drop of Melaleuca

1 drop of Oregano

1 drop of Lavender

Apply to chest, upper back and/or throat during the day and at night apply to bottom of feet
